  • What hours are your customer service representatives available? Our customer service department is available to answer questions via email or telephone Monday thru Friday 9 am-5 pm EST

Product Questions

  • Will more colors and styles be developed? YES!!!
  • When are you coming out with more water bottles? There will be Kickass Jugs for sale at the boot camp and new versions will be coming soon as well as new products. 

Refunds and Exchanges

  • What is your Return Policy? Our return policy lasts 7 days on physical products. If 7 days have gone by since you received your products, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • We DO NOT offer exchanges or return on our digital products including The Kickass Workouts 6-Week Beginner’s Guide.
  • We do not provide return labels unless it's a manufacturer defect! The shipping return cost will be the customer's responsibility.
  • If the product was received by the customer in perfect condition and is returned to us damaged, then a percentage of the product cost may be subtracted from the customer's return. ONLY if this is entirely the customer's fault for not packaging the product carefully upon returning the product. This rarely ever happens and is only applied in extreme circumstances. 
  • What is your Exchange Policy? The customer is required to ship the product back to us. It might take us up to 5-7 days for us to receive and process. Once we receive it and it is verified that the product is in ORIGINAL condition we can ship out the newly specified product immediately.

Shipping and Ordering Questions

  • What currency does your site operate under? Our checkout process only allows for purchases made in the US Dollar. You can use the currency converter in the upper right hand corner to check the value of an item before purchasing. Keep in mind this will be converted to USD before checkout.
  • I placed an order and then want to change the order. We pride ourselves on a high level of efficiency and customer service, often when you place your order it is being packed within hours if not minutes after we get the order. This is our commitment to you, however, it does cause problems when accidental or multiple orders are placed. Please be aware of this when making your order.

  • I live overseas and its been several days since my order and my tracking number says my package is still in the United States can you help me find it? With international shipping, especially if you choose the United States Postal Service packages can take 30 days or longer in many cases. Also, the USPS does not guarantee international shipping and the tracking number will stop being updated once it has left the country. Please choose DHL worldwide for any items of importance. 

PDF Questions

  • Will the Challenge PDF be available for purchase without attending the event? On November 23rd and will only be available for one week and stop selling on November 30th. 
  • What are the rules of the challenge? Rules and details for the 6-week challenge will be provided in the PDF 
  • Can I buy the PDF and not participate in the challenge? Yes, you do not need to participate in the challenge to purchase the PDF. 
  • Can I use the PDF to workout while I'm Pregnant? This plan was not designed for women who are pregnant. 
  • Can I use the PDF to workout postpartum? Yes, this is the program Keren used post-pregnancy. Always consult with a physician before engaging in a new workout plan. Get clearance and you're good to go!
  • Can I do the PDF from home? For best results, you'll need to go to a gym or purchase the equipment for your home. Some of the exercises do not need equipment but to finish the guide you'll need to use some equipment. 
  • My PDF won't download what do I do? The file is large because it is packed with so much information to make your transformation easier. It will take some time to download, for a faster download please use chrome on your computer.

Boot camp Questions

  • Liability Waiver Form 
  • Can I bring a friend to the boot camp? Yes of course, but he or she must purchase a ticket before arriving as well, your ticket only admits one. There will be no ticket sales on the day of the event. Anyone without a ticket cannot come into the event for occupancy reasons. 
  • What should I wear? Workout clothing, we will be outside, so dress accordingly. Running shoes no sandals, please.
  • Should I bring water to the boot camp? We will have water available but if you'd like to bring your bottle, you're more than welcome!
  • Will I need a change of clothes? no, the workout is the last thing we will do so you can go home and shower after!
  • Will there be food and drinks? Water will be available for free and there will be a concession stand provided by the venue that you would have to pay for.
  • Are there refunds? There are no refunds, all sales are final as this event is a secure event with limited occupancy.
  • I am pregnant, can I participate? We will be doing a 50-minute workout outside, I am not qualified to answer this question I recommend asking your OBGYN and get professional advice. 
  • Can I bring my kids? no, we'd like your full attention during the event so you can get the most out of it!
  • Will Keren, Khoa, and the kids be there? Keren and Khoa will be there, however, their children will not. 
  • Can I participate if I am disabled? I am not your doctor nor do I know the extent of your disability, please consult your doctor before purchasing a ticket
  • Can I skip the workout and just come to the event? We will not force anyone to workout but you are strongly encouraged to participate. There will be alternate exercises for anyone who needs a slower pace and you know your body if It feels like too much, you can stop at any time!
