RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At Kickass, we provide the most accurate product descriptions we can. Our sizing charts match up congruently with their respective products, each viewable on the corresponding product page. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.
- Our return policy is 14 days for physical products. If 14 days have passed since you received your products, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- We DO NOT, at any time or for any reason, offer exchanges or returns on our digital products, including The Kick Ass Workouts™ guides and PDF's.
- We do not provide return labels unless it's a manufacturer defect. The shipping return cost is the customer's responsibility.
- If the product was received by the customer in perfect condition and is returned to us damaged, then a percentage of the product cost may be subtracted from the customer's return. ONLY if this is entirely the customer's fault for not packaging the product carefully upon returning the product. This rarely ever happens and is only applied in extreme circumstances.
- Returns, refunds and, or exchanges are approved or denied at our sole discretion.
- Shipping Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
- All refunds, returns and, or exchanges will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Ship the product back to us. It might take up to 5-7 days for us to receive. Once we receive it, we can ship out the newly specified product immediately.
- Each exchange should be accompanied by a Return Exchange Form.
- Each return should be accompanied by a Return Exchange Form.
- Send the product and your completed return slip to the address provided to you by our customer service agents.
- We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item is clearly not in new condition or does not meet the standards listed above.

- Processing time normally takes 1-3 business days
If you are shipping items over $75, we would highly suggest shipping the product back to us with tracking and insurance so that if the product is lost in transit, you are protected.
